Long weekend trip from Wisconsin to ride the pig trail in Arkansas. Took more tread off of the back tire than planned for. Ozark HD was having a HOG event on a Sunday afternoon. We stopped and had a new tire on and headed for home in less than 2 hrs on a day they weren't even open. Awesome job guys.
I had a cam bearing go out on my 2012 CVO, and it required a complete motor rebuild. The team at Ozark Harley Davidson treated me like family and did an excellent job on the rebuild. They also installed my handlebars for me. The workmanship and customer service was incredible. I'm a customer for life.

Took our 2016 Ultra Classic Trike in for the 1000 mile service only to find out they had washed it as well. I've never had such a Wonderful Buying Experience whether being a car or motorcycle. Picked up a nail in my rear tire while cruising 66, in the pouring rain of course! Limped in to Ozark HD and they got fixed up and back on the road. Special thanks to Jeff, Brandon, Quinton, Jenna, Erin and Hannah!
