Purchased my motorcycle in 2009 and has by far been the Best Experience and the customer service.
While on our Route 66 Journey in June, 2015, we picked up a 3/16 bolt in the rear tire of a Road King. We immediately called this dealership for assistance which was 15 minutes before their closing time. Well 20 minutes later, the cavalry arrived and put the bike up on their truck. At the dealership, they efficiently/expediently replaced the tire in record time and got us back on the road. Can't thank the folks enough at Ozark HD. I'm on a trip from FL to Fairbanks, AK. My speedo was acting up, the shop took me in on a Sunday morning to address the issue. Not many dealers would do that. Problem resolved. North to Alaska!!!
