I joined Ozark Fitness originally for just the gym but after I started using my membership, I experimented with some of the classes. BODY PUMP!! I went to one class and thought I was going to die, It was the best work out of my life. Now I am doing it twice a week. If you join this gym, the classes alone will be worth you money.
