Excellent communication both from the sales department and the transport guys. Very happy with the purchase overall, good experience. The bed looks good and feels good, can't say about durability yet. 🥰
I am always delighted with the level of true, old fashioned customer service with Oz Design. They are fantastic but it’s not just the beautiful staff… the furniture pieces are outstanding in my recent and past experiences. Quality. This is a trustworthy company and I highly recommend them.

We are long term customers, way back to 2001, and have always been happy with Oz Design quality and service. It is disappointring that this time, just recently , when the entertainment unit was delivered, there were issues with it after we unpacked. Door fastenings bent and does not work, doors not aligning in a very obvious way with one night than the rest. Have sent the online team a message and so far no response. I guess this is goodbye from us.
