I've never experienced a real estate like this. There are multiple things that need to be fixed in the rental property and I've been ignored by email 5 times. They have also ignored my calls and voicemails. I'll never rent from this agency ever again, and would recommend that any leasers should look for anywhere else. I'll be reaching out for a copy of my lease along with legal advice.
We have been trying to get a safety related issue dealt with for 6 months and can't even get a response from our property manager. This, on top of the misleading and deceptive conduct of their leasing staff have left me incredibly apprehensive about continued dealings with them
Extremely helpful and quick to respond to all emails and communication. Very friendly and extremely professional.
