The office staff is not professional. I was told an amount that I needed to pay, and upon arrival it was a totally different amount. I was told by a staff member that "Shanae" left the information and unless I paid close to $500 i could not be seen. Mind you I was told this at the time of my appointment which I was prepared to pay the amount that Shanae stated that I needed to pay!!! I was turned away and told Shanae would call me, till this day no call was received but I now receive a collections letter that I will dispute!... read more
The hygienist I had was very smart and awesome.
My husband and I have been treated by Dr. Stockburger ever since he took over the practice from Dr. Hinson. He and his staff go above and beyond to make their patients' visits as pleasant as possible!
Always a great visit !would most definitely reccomend you to any family member or friend!
The MOST amazing experience EVER!!! I was in so much pain the whole weekend. I attempted to go to Dental Care at Oyster Point with Dr. Price and was misdiagnosed telling me I had a biting problem when I clearly told him my tooth was extremely hurting. I was in tears and was telling him I need pain relief and please do something about my tooth. He tried to up-sell me on Invisalign. We have been looking for a dentist for some time. I read reviews and their website carefully. I am so impressed with this office and will happily refer them to friends and family. Their professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness won me over!
This was my first appointment with Oyster Point Smiles and it was a very pleasant experience. I came here because my former hygienist came here to work and Dr. Stockburger is very nice and pleasant. I’m sending my daughter here also. We both left our last dentist to become patients at Oyster Point Smiles. Karin is and always have been an awesome hygienist!!
