This visit was different from he outstanding visits I've had in the past. My scaling and cleaning were done by Katie. She was rough and heavy-handed, especially when she poked my gums and used the floss. She didn't look at my chart to see that I preferred scaling to the ultrasonic method. When I stopped her from using the ultrasonic, she embarrassed me by trying by saying how much more effective it was compared to scaling. I didn't like the pressure she put on me. Dr. Stockburger is simply the best dentist that I have had in over 50 years!! He is knowledgeable, caring, and his staff takes great pride in customer service.
Amy did a good cleaning job
The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. The hygienist is extremely thorough and professional. I left the office feeling like that was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. My only suggestion is to space the cleaning appointments out a little longer so that the patients don’t have to wait quite as long to be seen. I think waiting up to 15-20 minutes is perfectly fine, but much past that, is too long. I have noticed the wait time has gradually increased for the cleanings over the last couple years. Came for my dental checkup. Seated promptly. Hygienist was very thorough and cleaning was comfortable. Dr. Stockburger is always very pleasant and reassuring.
Dr. Stockburger and his staff are the most professional and caring team I have had the pleasure to deal with.
Very Professional. Teeth cleaning done quick and the entire staff is a lot of fun.
