I love the setting, service, and food
We had a party of 6. We were waiting to be seated. They asked us to move away from the door and over by the bar. The place was packed with very limited space to stand. We moved over by the bar as requested. After 45 minutes of waiting, they asked us to stand outside in 40 degree windy weather or walk down and wait in a packed bookstore that was having a book signing.
