I can’t write a review on the rooms because I had booked 4 rooms through Expedia and when the property found out it was a black Wall Street bike rally they wanted more money than what I had paid through Expedia so they canceled all of my rooms and wouldn’t refund my money. The manager Sonny offered me new rooms for $250 a night when Expedia had charge $298 for 4 days each. The OYO property decided to exercise their no refund policy. I made a reservation the second week of April for the BlackWall Street Motorcycle Run scheduled 5/14-5/18. I received an email cancelling my reservation the end of April with no justifications, and when I checked the website there were still rooms available but they had doubled the price of the rooms. I figure no problem they will refund me and I will just find another hotel. I showered, and then drove the 8 hours home instead. Do not stay here. Read every bad review, and I agree with them. Caucasian lady was very professional and nice, however.

We were somewhat forced to stay at this “hotel” due to a VRBO error. It is very dated, in poor condition and repairs made were done badly. We thought that it was reasonably clean until a roach appeared in the bathroom. Would not recommend staying here. The photos are from inside our room. We bought sheets and towels to use to help us manage the experience a little better.
