Im still trying to get my refund. It's been one month. I don't know honestly how many more phone calls and being passed around and broken promises this will get handled. This company is one of the worst ive ever seen. Nobody speaks clear English. I cannot stress enough don't ever use this hotel. Zero stars. Save the stress and go somewhere else. Charged me a nondisclosed booking fee, the bed was like a prison bed, the hvac did not have an auto setting. Looked like a nature preserve inside, will never stay there again.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this OYO property. We checked in and were only in the room for approximately two hours before encountering five roaches. We killed them and took photographs documenting what we found. After seeing that many roaches in such a short period of time, we did not feel comfortable or safe remaining at the property. Good sized rooms.. paid for online... expected a refundable deposit... didnt expect to pay 12 dollars for some booking site when we got there... the rooms arent refundable so i had to pay the extra 12... Thought it would be a decent stay but Had unwanted roommates for the night its a unique hotel with a indoor tree but they had roaches and it is pretty rundown in by the tree they have a lot of furniture that is turned over and ratty looking also they have a pool but no water and its trashed don't go stay away
