After reading alot of other peoples reviews we must have lucked up. Our room was beautiful, clean and smelled wonderful. The service was exceptional and its in a very nice location. However if your going for the pool/waterpark area skip it as that area is closed and seems to be falling in.

The hallway smelled like there was something dead in there. The rooms was even worse. The service was horrible. They treated me and my husband as if they was racist cause hes black and im white. Complained because when I was at work he chilled n the truck he didnt want to go in the room alone. He wasnt bothering no one. So they called me making no a whole lie about some dumb stuff tht didnt make no sense at all. But yea never ever in my life will I pay for a room there again. I checked in, went into my room and ten minutes later I’m checking out the room smelled like smoke the bathtub was dirty the refrigerator and the microwave were dirty. The toilet paper roll was broken, The walls were dirty, looked like someone threw a soda against the walls in numerous spots, The TV didn’t work. The phone didn’t work, never even opened my suitcase and they refused to give me a refund, the couple that worked there was very rude, I would rather sleep in my car then sleep at that OYO hotel.

Would NOT stay here again we had to enter through back door with key card while the emergency door by the shut down pool was propped open the whole time
