This place was awful. My husband is handicap and we requested a handicap room when the reservation was made but when we arrived we were on the second floor! They refused to give us a different room unless we gave an additional deposit which we did not have and said he would not refund the deposit we just gave if we left early! Not a kid friendly place at all. The owner would get on to us and say his nigh workers were sleeping, if your child made any noise outside ( in the middle of the day). You are highly overcharged for animals! Out of one week out room was never cleaned, no fresh towels or anything. -5

Hotel was clean, comfortable rooms, daily housekeeping. However, the front desk was unexpectedly rude. I was talked down in a manner nobody should talk to.

Truly are there any perfect Motels Hotels out there? Every one expects so much out of place the provide a service some meet the customers expectations some don't. At the end of my stay headed home feeling well rested and rejuvenated. The staff was amazing the room was clean with no odor or bedbugs. What else can we really expect? My needs and questions were met. I seen changes being made at this place constantly up until around 5 pm.
