I've been living here for a year and the office staff is amazing!! Andre and Crystal go above and beyond. I truly appreciate them. UPDATE the staff has changed the service has taken a NOSE DIVE no hot water at in the A.M. and the P.M. hours. Maintenance doesn’t even RESPOND . OXON RUN MANOR IS A NIGHTMARE I CANT WAIT TO MOVE this place has become A DUMP 🤮
Hello… i’ve been a tenant since January 1998. Management has since changed, new management is terrible! My oven been out for over two weeks I submitted a work order a week ago that wasn’t put in the system, the intercom to the buildings doesn’t work. The buildings are very dirty but they keep the outside property looking gorgeous! I asked the assistant manager about policies she informed me, she was knew she does not know, terrible response to give a tenant.
