Our sales associate, Logan, was extremely helpful and patient. We test drove three different cars, and he spent the whole afternoon and evening patiently answering our questions and showing us other cars. The sales person Josh went above and beyond to make this a smooth transaction. On top of that he left no stone unturned with regards to explaining each feature in my 2019 Toyota.
Dell farmer and Tracy Farmer are very disrespectful people that won't own up to any property damage that their technicians will do to your vehicle they did $1,000 worth of damage to my interior and refused to pay to have it repaired or replaced the parts brand new car warranty work and they destroyed my car do not do business with them whatsoever
Really laid back and pleasant experience . This is my sixth vehicle from Oxmoor. Deal was completed from test drive to signing of paperwork to salesperson going over vehicle features in under two hours. Rick Villar was my salesperson and was great to work with .
