I have a message saved from 2 weeks ago reminding me my car was due for my free 20,000 mile service. I scheduled it for today and took the day off work only to be told when I got there it expired in March. but if I wanted to extend it it will be over $300.00. I told him about the reminder call 2 weeks ago and he says"yes that's right" I looked at him and reminded him this is towards the end of May....
