RecommendedI purchased this car without even visiting the dealership since it was hours from my house so I was a little uneasy. We live in Cincinnati. We were buying a new car for my wife. I tried the Mazda dealerships locally, but I guess they were too busy that day. Found one we liked at Oxmoor online- they were easy to work with. Within an hour of initiating an email we were on our way to Louisville to pick up the car. Nice experience for us.
Customer service is excellent. Wasn’t pressured into buying and he listened to what I wanted. Very friendly staff. I went to two other dealers and did not like the vibe that I received. Oxmoor was completely different. I would recommend them to everyone.
Everybody was really nice. James was the salesperson who helped me on my purchase. He was very knowledgeable on all the cars that he did show me and he made sure I knew how to use everything before I left. It was a good day at Oxmoor Mazda.
