I’m currently sitting in Mazda Oxmoor parking lot as I’m writing this. My mom is on the search for a new car and this is the first place we stopped. We sat there for 20 minutes and not a single person acknowledged us. I’ve seen at least 3 employees walk by and not a single head turn in our direction. If someone is going to spend thousands at your store, the least you can do is acknowledge them! You all just lost a potential sale.
Very pleasant to work with. Nicely run dealership. Friendly but not overbearing. Product knowledgeable. Excellent experience! Plus I love my Mazda3!

Great experience made buy our first as married couple an easy, stress free experience. Mark who has been with Mazda over 2 years took wonderful care of us and stayed within our budget. Even thought we had a wait with finance David who was the only finance person on duty took great care of us and made the process of signing the paperwork quick and painless.
