Amazing experience with John M, wasn’t pushy at all, and made the experience as effortless as possible. I told him what all I wanted and what price I wanted to pay and within 5 minutes he had the car for me. I went there hoping for an SUV but the Mazda 6 he found had way more than I even knew I wanted. Totally recommend, and absolutely plan to be back in 3 years.
People seems friendly until they get money. If you find their lie, they try to push you further and further. They made me wait more than half an hour before I sign the paper. I have been contacting them for 3 weeks but they don’t seem to help to cancel the add ons they deceitfully made me buy. I want to make all the buyers cautious, if you ever go there, be careful to watch out for their bait and lies. Don’t believe a single word and make sure not to get ripped off believing them.
We purchased our first new car in over 8 years. It is actually a used Mazda CX-5. The level of confidence the Oxmoor Mazda team instilled throughout the process and my husband’s endorsement of the quality of the car, let me feel most comfortable with the purchase, I look forward to enjoying my new ride.

amazing service with the staff, very patient and never felt pressured to do something i may not want to. Everyone was nice and helpful. it was wonderful to be talked to normal and laugh than feel awkward.
