RecommendedWilliam Morrison was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He was a pleasure to work with. Overall, I would recommend Oxmoor Mazda. I would add for all people buying a car, though, make sure you have done your own research. You will have a better sales experience. The one ding I would give would be for the 45 minutes my son and I sat waiting for the finance guy to finish our paperwork. The absolute worst service department I have ever had to deal with. John Bishop actually looked me in the face, and lied about a part my car needed. He told me my car does not have this part. I found it online, and had to show him that my car did indeed have the part in question. He was very fake in his apology. If you are a woman, they will try to take advantage of you. Luckily, I am a car person, and called them out on several attempts to get me to replace parts that I did not need. Crooks!!!
