RecommendedSalesman Tyler was awesome and patient with us. The finance department was very slow even though we didn't need financing. Allow for at least an extra hour and a half after you have made a deal to wait just to see them I would assume much longer if you finance with them. Finance guy was also pushy about extended warranty that I made clear I didn't want from the beginning.
