Don't buy from out of state. Staff is not knowledgeable enough to help. Also tried to sell the car i sent them a check for multiple times saying I needed to put down a deposit when they had the check for they entire amount...

We did not try to sell the vehicle after we received your banks check we asked in the beginning for a deposit because there were multiple people wanting to see the vehicle and we can not deny another customer to see a vehicle without a deposit or payment for vehicle. I have now been an Oxmoor Mazda customer twice since 2018. Not only do I love their cars, but I have always had top tier service here. The service department messed up and kind of “lost” my car one time & forgot about me so I waited for 3 hours just on an oil change, but John the service manager apologized sincerely and made up for it x 10 and it has NEVER happened since.
