First oil change on 2015 CX-5 I was visiting from out of town and it was past time for my first oil change. The check tire pressure light came on so I figured I better not wait until I got home to do it. I was in and out in less than 45 min. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Even got tires rotated.
Great Experience Kris was the most helpful, friendly and patient salesman, which we appreciated tremendously. It took me a while to decide on which great Mazda to buy, and he was kind enough to spend time with us on three different occasions. I would recommend him highly to friends and family alike. Hidden fees There was a special benefits package added to our car bill. We did not ask for this nor was it offered or explained. Just slipped it in. Gary Duvall was very rude. We have been trying to get our $595 back for almost a year now. I guess they figured we will eventually stop calling. Next I guess is BBB
