Not very good customer service. Unfriendly and unwilling staffs.
I love to attend to clients living outside the Nursing home, love to care and spoilt them a little, being frank or helpless and lonely needs people like to provide this special care with bit of love ❤️ in it.
we had a problem with equipment and Oxley resolved the matter quickly. The staff and care we receive is fantastic and has been life changing, I would positively recommend Oxley for their at home aged care.
A wonderful company to work for as a Care Worker. Caring, understanding and compassionate to the elderly clients and their employees. During the COVID Oxley HC made sure their Care workers were informed of the changes and necessary training and supported them.
Oxley Home Care are real professionals, and I was lucky to find them. They followed up promptly on my initial call, and always stayed in contact. They went out of their way to help me get started with a care worker, who was always prompt and supportive. I can highly recommend them !
