I hired Oxford Universal Corp (CGC1512252) to build a brand new house located in Coral Gables. I came to find out that Marcelo Fernandes is the licensee, but the entire time his brother Eduardo Fernandes was the one working with me and signing all the contracts with myself and the subcontractors.
