The noise transfer between units is absolutely insane. Paying over $2,000 a month to basically live with strangers above you. Hearing sneezing and coughing is not normal. Denied a transfer even though we were never informed before we signed a lease that there was no noise blockage between units, were told we’d need to pay fees and find a new tenant.. Wild. The building is beautiful and the apartments comfortable equipped with everything you'll need. The management team with Jeannine (operations manager), Alaina (rental agent), and Richard (engineer/maintenance supervisor) is excellent. They'll go above and beyond to help the tenants and provide a good living experience.
Highly recommend Oxford Mill. The staff of site, especially Richard and Jeannine, are helpful and professional. Maintenance is quick and communication is clear. Great place to live!
