No one reaches out it’s ridiculous
Currently live here now. We have broken air (2nd time in the last few weeks). Oven/stovetop is not working at all, just clicks but will not light because gas is not coming out. Maintenance came on Thursday to fix a leak in the roof which has left mold on our ceiling. They came, looked at it, then left and never came back that day or Friday. Now it is the weekend and not one of these issues has been fixed. We have also had our fridge break for a week and a half a couple months ago and had to throw out all of our food.
