Olga will steal your security deposit. Once I'd finished my lease, I went to collect my security deposit, and she claimed she didn't have it and that I'd have to get the money from my roommate who was still living there (that's not how that works). Obviously, since I lived there, I couldn't afford legal assistance, but she's just like every other landlord in K town. A crook.
