First eye exam I've ever had and it was a great experience. Dr. Wally made every part of the exam easy to understand and was very patient for all of my questions. The optician helping me pick out my glasses was even more patient and helped me help her make my decision. The receptionists all gave their opinions on the two pairs we narrowed it down to and that made it even easier. Basically, if you need an optometrist, this is probably the best one you could choose.
I has been multiple eye clinics throughout my life and this one is the best by far! My appointment meeting was on time, the clinician was very friendly and personable, and I was remembered since the last time I visited (which was a year ago). I would highly recommend this eye clinic to anyone who asks.
Staff is always friendly and accommodating to your individual needs. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eye care.
Dr.Strickland and Dr. Wally and staff are some of the best I trust my eyes with. There are gentle smiles and pleasant hello's when you enter the building. I give them a full 100% satisfaction for a job well done. If you need some eye work, please go check them out!
My daughter and I was accused of lying when the metal piece fell out of her glasses making them useless. She only had them 2 days. She is an adult and the woman that fits glasses makes us feel very bad. She said they would replace them this one time but that my daughter did something to them. What? I'm so upset. She said because the lens are custom made for those glasses we would have to replace with same frame for $180. We paid for extras on these lens and now am stuck with frames that are not durable.
