I love coming here to see my dentist and the great staff. I have been coming for over 10 years and they still treat me like it's the very first time! I travel over two hours to see them. That's just how it is when you are seeking quality customer service!
This office is friendly, punctual, efficient and extremely good at what they do. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Swaney and the entire staff at Oxford Dental. They are the best.
Great Cleaning. Even though my primary Dentist was out, it was still a great experience today.
Upon arriving I felt very welcomed by the people at the front desk, they were warm and very helpful. One of the things I liked was I didn't have long to wait. Once I was escorted to the back I saw a beautiful and very nice and friendly hygienist who was very professional and thorough. Every step of the way she explained what she was doing and why. With a tooth starting to really hurt, Dr. Huggins fitted me in to get it taken care of before it began to abscess and although it broke in several parts he got it out and was concerned about pain as we started.
My experience at Oxford Dental was absolutely wonderful and I will definitely be returning. I have high anxiety when in the dentist chair, and everyone I encountered did everything in their power to make me feel comfortable. I have found that the more informed I am during the process, the less my nerves appear. From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave, the staff is always friendly. I feel special that I don't have to sign in, my hygienist greets me by name, and they accommodate my wants (extra baking soda, please) as best they can.
Kristen helped work with my schedule so I could come early before work and get a crown. She helped me to fill out my paperwork online, it was so easy and made my apt have virtually no wait.
