How hard is it for these places to direct you to an exit that actually opens? Dropped off a rider and I tried exiting only to find that the exit had a friggin chain wrapped around the bottom. Is it too difficult to put a cone up within view to save time? These complexes need to be held accountable for the time and money they cost people with their negligence.

I moved to Oxford at Lake Worth back in 2023, and I had such an incredible time here! The property is quiet. Very beautiful scenic views. Never dealt with roaches or bugs. The management ensures that the property is well up-kept, such as dog waste, and trees/bushes! I love that they have a package locker! Maintenance was always willing to help if I had an issue. Honestly don’t waste your time management is not great takes forever and just get ready when you leave they charge you $600+ and there is nothing you can do about it you’re deposit dose not cover it so just get ready to get screwed
