Went for a tour, a leasing agent seemed to be woken up from a nap. She had very poor customer service skills. Did not ask me anything, just handed me vendor keys to look at 2 units; one was a total mess in the middle of make ready and the other one was not on vendor. So I could not even see it. The lack of friendliness, competency or any kind of decent interpersonal skills was dumbfounding. Walked away fast!
How hard is it for these places to direct you to an exit that actually opens? Dropped off a rider and I tried exiting only to find that the exit had a friggin chain wrapped around the bottom. Is it too difficult to put a cone up within view to save time? These complexes need to be held accountable for the time and money they cost people with their negligence.
