Air Conditioner has been working properly in 27 days. Issue still not fixed. Current resident here. Just renewed my lease not even 2 months in. My air conditioner has not functioned for the last two weeks as an air conditioner should especially with this 100 degree weather. The office keeps giving me the run around and has still not fixed my air conditioner. Front office doesn't care about emergency work orders. Apartment is currently reading 84 degrees. Where do I begin? I guess with the ONLY 2 reason why this got a 1 star- our view was great and our rent was LESS than anyone who would apply today because our layout was a 2004 unit with FOUNDATION issues. My Fiancé and I have been here since 2020, and just moved out 2025 we have gone through 2 different complex management. Always paid on time, we didn’t bother anyone, and we stayed in our lane.
