Can't even get them to answer the phone to find out how much a deposit is. 1 call, I can understand. 4 calls?
I enjoyed my 3 year stay. The office staff and manager Linda is very professional. She goes over and beyond in making sure her tenants issue is resolved in a very timely manner. Their pest control is top of line as it is extremely rare to see any pest in the apartment. I also felt safe on the property and I have never had any issues with getting my packages when left outside my door.
I absolutely love Ms. Linda. Always helpful and attentive. Makes sure my happiness with my overall experience here a great one. Love coming “home” after a busy day to everything being the way it should be and everything working properly. Definitely gonna miss it here when I move.
Very quiet, property is well maintained, and maintenance is very prompt to fulfill requests.
Amazing and coordinating professionals, been almost 18 months and so far no complaints.
