They will nickle and dime you on th way out but not help you turn off the water to retreive your washer, never been charged for carpet to be replaced that is a business expense not the role of the tentent to pay for. I would not reccomend anyone live here it is also way over priced for what you get
I really want to caution anyone considering living here. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I wish I had thought more carefully before making the move. When I first moved in, there were fleas in the carpet that bit my 8-year-old. To make matters worse, during the moving process, the delivery driver had his vehicle towed, and I ended up having to cover the towing fee.
