This is a move out update review After I moved out, the management replaced the old carpets but still tried to charge me around $550 claiming there were “pet stains underneath,” which is not accurate and additional 350$ for cleaning 😳The carpets were already extremely old and had a strong odor when I moved in, and I left the apartment clean. We had a great experience transferring from our 3rd flr unit to a lower floor while still in the middle of our lease contract for our family’s convenience. Linda and her team were extremely helpful, responsive, and professional from start to finish. They made the whole process smooth and hassle free.
