I have had the pleasure of working with Linda Speaker as our property manager, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and dedication. Linda is incredibly responsive, always available to address any concerns or questions we have, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Linda has truly made my experience as a tenant worry-free, and I am grateful for her exceptional service.
I really want to caution anyone considering living here. My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I wish I had thought more carefully before making the move. When I first moved in, there were fleas in the carpet that bit my 8-year-old. To make matters worse, during the moving process, the delivery driver had his vehicle towed, and I ended up having to cover the towing fee. Today is February 18th, and I moved in here on February 16th. The apartment walls hadn't been painted, and nothing had been cleaned. They hadn't even changed the AC filter. When I complained about changing the filter, Ms. Sharon said it wasn't their responsibility and that I had to replace it myself. She also said I was responsible for replacing the smoke detector battery. I recently had the pleasure of touring an apartment at Oxford at Country Club, and I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience. Megan, who gave me the tour, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole process enjoyable.
