This dealer truly is 5 star. For 3 days I was contacting Tommy via text asking questions and getting info on the truck I was interested in. I was treated with better customer service by Tommy who had never met me than I was in person by car salesman at 8 other dealers I had gone to did in person. I would highly recommend Tommy and this dealer to anyone. Best I have ever been treated by a dealer by far and quality of truck was amazing. Thanks Tommy and team

Immediately contacted me. Arranged a meeting when I return to Flagstaff.
I see way they rate so bad... I tell them my budget, what I'm looking for and terms. The salesman shows me a vehicle with everything n more on it. Tells me a resoniable monthly price and that he could even do better- all via email. I set up to meet, waited for him after I arrived and ask to see the terms.. But first wants to have me test drive it! Of course I love the vehicle- then gives me the numbers. $80 over my budget per month! You wonder why used car salesmen have such a bad reputation!
Whole transaction was a big mess from the start. Dealer had the truck priced at $44,000 back in December and then lowered the price one month later to $39,995. Went to see the truck, put a deposit on it, planned on coming back after the weekend to purchase. Got a call a few days later saying the price was a mistake and it should have been $44,995. Do not buy any car from this dealership unless you take it to a mechanic. They were selling a 2004 black jeep grand Cherokee with 92000 miles for $6000 with an engine filled with sand and a transmission that was about to give out. My mechanic had stated the vehicle was not road worthy and that they should not even be selling the car. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity and ethics within the dealership in deliberately selling such a vehicle. Vehicle was not on lot. Test drove ride, check engine light was on. Left without a ride happily.
Just wanted me to come in didn't want to send me info on more trucks
Great communications and offered a much better deal than listed. They will work with you to make a deal
