The Repair Shop treated my wife with no respect. Her car broke down on the road because of a recall on her 2020 Hyundai. Because she is a young woman these mechanics thought they could take advantage of charging us ****** for a motor mount when they already dropped the transmission and installed a new one. All they had to do was buy one mount and install it with everything out already. And to charge us 650 and attempt to make us get an oil change for ******. Good experience. Salesman, Michael, wasnât high pressure. He wasnât real knowledgeable about the features on the truck. We did not purchase the truck because it wasnât exactly what we wanted. Michael did referr us to the other Oxendale dealership that had a couple similar trucks. Also, followed up a few days later. Overall a good experience.
The overall sales experience here was absolutely awful. I have purchased many cars at many different dealerships over the past several years and have never been treated so poorly. Not only did the manager try to use bullying techniques to get us to agree to a deal we had already informed them wouldn't work for us, they refused to provide copies of the paperwork showing the offers and got loud with me on the sales floor in front of other customers. All was fine for the short time I was there. The salesperson seemed disinterested in my vehicle search. Didn't know the price of the vehicle in particular and several others next to it. When I mentioned that there were several others of the same make listed on the website, he said he didn't know. It could be possible since they had several locations. $1600 repair after a "missed" oil leak during their so called "100 point inspection" 3 weeks after purchasing the vehicle, they won't stand behind the vehicle they sold. Unresponsive service department. Take your business elsewhere, I sure wish I did.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. Contacting went great. But when I finally got there, they tried to hard sell me, when that didn’t work the tried to intimidate and challenge me, when that didn’t work their sales men literally told me “ there’s a door there and there and there pick one!” This was hands down the most disrespectful experience I have ever had.
