I was interested in an Outback Forester and a salesman was supposed to pick me up from work to view it. 25 minutes after what I thought was the planned pickup time he said they received the wrong car. When the car finally arrives he was insisting on cleaning it before I could view it. Of course I never was able to view it because it did not pass through their shop. I drove their from Chicago for a test drive appointment. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I was told the car was being serviced and I could not test drive it that day. Then a week and a half later I had another appointment for a test drive. About 2 hours for my appointment. I was called back that the car was still being serviced. I waited a few more days for them to call for a test drive appointment, but they didn't. I had to contact them to let them know that I ended up buying a car at another dealership.
