Good experience. Salesman, Michael, wasnât high pressure. He wasnât real knowledgeable about the features on the truck. We did not purchase the truck because it wasnât exactly what we wanted. Michael did referr us to the other Oxendale dealership that had a couple similar trucks. Also, followed up a few days later. Overall a good experience.

All was fine for the short time I was there. The salesperson seemed disinterested in my vehicle search. Didn't know the price of the vehicle in particular and several others next to it. When I mentioned that there were several others of the same make listed on the website, he said he didn't know. It could be possible since they had several locations. I had a terrible experience with this dealership. Contacting went great. But when I finally got there, they tried to hard sell me, when that didn’t work the tried to intimidate and challenge me, when that didn’t work their sales men literally told me “ there’s a door there and there and there pick one!” This was hands down the most disrespectful experience I have ever had. We were contacted immediately by the dealership. I looked at the vehicle and it was just as advertised and much more. Out salesme n, Sean and Scott were very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend Oxendale Hyundai to our friends. And we will be back when we have to replace our other vehicle in a few years.
