Buyers, be aware! We bought our house from Simon Moksin/Ownerland Realty last year. He was a fraud and was acting as a realtor for the seller when it was him who was making profit from the sell. He had his daughter signing off on titles and our mortgage lender had to repeatedly reach out because they were trying to submit hand written receipts as official copies.
