I just got my SUV cleaned at the Owings Mills Car Wash the outside of my vehicle looks great but the inside looks terrible they did a terrible job on the inside of my vehicle yes I did have dog hair on my seats I've never heard of having a problem getting dog hair off of the seats or vacuuming It Off. I went back inside and ask the owner about the seats because they look terrible and he said that you can not get dog hair off seats that is totally not true. I got both my husband's car and my car washed here this week. I was very satisfied with the job on the cars, but I was quite uncomfortable with the owner (I think it was) yelling at the employees. Whenever possible, I like to do business where employees appear to be treated with respect, so I probably won't be comfortable going back again. For this, I subtracted 1 star, but I'm giving 4 stars because they did get my cars clean.
New management is poor and I was very disappointed.
The management does not oversee the employess and the lack of effort they have in cleaning the car windows or vacuuming. They merely go through the motions when cleaning the car, inside and out. I only go there when I absolutely have to. The Auto Spa on York Rd in Cockeysville does an excellent job, costs more, but well worth it.
For the ELITE Wash! WELL WORTH the $25 (I have an SUV).. They Vacuum in order of who is done first, AS TO NOT HOLD UP LINE. lOl to all the WHINERS! Some people are far more organized and clean than others.. They almost detail and dress the entire interior, rims and tires! IF YOU ARE A WHINING IDIOT..
