Phone charger disappeared from my car while it was being washed.
Not sure if there are new owners but I paid for the inside of my car cleaned it was not done. Told them they still half did it! I will Not be back

Horrible people terrible job stole my bag and change from my car
The fact I had to even give this place a 1 makes me mad. I would have gave this place a 0. The owners do not care about their employees nor the customers. I was disrespected by the female owner and had to tell her to get out of my face when she was harassing me by showing me a paper of the prices and what's included in each packet whenever I was not satisfied with the work done on my car! I will never return back. Terrible customer service
The Jamaicans are begging for a tip before they even touch your car. Then you have to tip the front people who did not beg for a tip ! Won't be going back !
Damage to my car occurred at the car wash. I saw one of the guys from the vacuuming area bring the owner to my car after it had gone through the car wash. After inspecting my car I saw a scrape directly in front of my front right tire. I showed the owner, he yelled, made a gesture calling me crazy and offered no refund or discount. Been going here for years, I was very insulted, will be referring this situation to the Better Business Bureau on Monday December 12th. I used to come here frequently without issue. But as I sit in this tired lounge after an hour and 10 minutes waiting for a regular wash I have decided I will not be back. Service is degraded. Facilities are lack luster. It's not worth $21 for the time spent or the quality of the cleaning job. The cashier and management seem indifferent about issues when raised by customers. Don't waste your money or time.
