Since moving to the new loctation quality of service has slipped terribly. Office staff can be snippy, discourteous and rude. Lab personnel allied medical staff (APRNs and PAs) and all others are great and doing a fantastic job. The decor is not conducive to comfort, boosting morale or wanting to be there. It's a cold and aloof physical setting.
