It would be nice if they delivered your paper or returned phone calls. Only place I know that you have to pay for something in advance and when you don't get it there is no replacement or refund. Wonder if the KY Attorney General should look into the Messenger-Inquirer
nothing good hell I worked there for 20 years and all they care about is making that money. they don't care about their workers and they don't pay good at all.

By getting my paper on my porch and to the correct door it's marked even if I live in a duplex.
