My paper is either late or in the yard.
How could they improve? Maybe listening to customer complaints and correcting the issues... Doesn't seem too hard, right?
On September 11 you didn’t even mention 9/11. But you always use Washington Post to run down President Trump. Why is this? Is 9/11 nothing to you now?
when I had subscription, wouldn't get a paper once or twice a month. got tired of calling . please stop littering the city with the crap not everyone wants.
I have not received my paper for 3 days. I've called 3 times just today. I shouldn't have to wait 5 hours to get a paper delivered!
Can you explain to me why the delivery time has rolled back to 7am? I called and the answer I got was an editorial in paper would explain. I must have missed it because haven't seen it yet. Delivery man was already running late, now he just runs even later.
their delivery. You have alot of elderly, including my mom which has been a customer since the early 60s. have the time she can't even find her paper, I've called, answer I got was we can't make them put it where it supposed to be. If my mom ever falls and breaks a bone looking for her paper you will be held responsible
called and asked them to stop tossing their extra papers in my yard/ditch/driveway. Did not work. They are still doing it. Tired of them littering in my yard.
