They don't answer the call light while your toddler is crying and suffering. I called my mom to bring some ibuprofen for my son. She lives way out in the country and had enough time to go buy some ibuprofen and come to the ER before the nurse even enters the room. The nurse and my mom both entered the room at the same time. We got in at 6pm, hoping to get someone to look at my wife’s back since she’s having trouble walking due to pain. Didn’t even get into a room until 8:30. No doctor ever even showed. We Left at 10pm. 4 hours of waiting and nothing to show for it other than that the uncomfortable waiting room chairs made my wife’s back pain worse. Don’t come here if you are in pain, they don’t care.

Owensboro ER did not give me the care I desperately needed when I went there so I went to Deaconess gateway in Evansville to get the care I needed and have gotten the best care there with no negative comments about Deaconess. That will be where I go from now on.

Worse care possible. Had to repeated tell them they ordered tetanus shot. Had to tell them to put a bandage over stitches before we left. No ointment was used and bandage came off way before we got home.
