Staff is very friendly. Did not wait long. Technician was Super Friendly and explained what she was going to do step by step.
This facility and the staff are mostly fine but two institutional problems plague it. Often they are too booked up too far out that one cannot wait and has to go elsewhere for testing. This appears to be a fixable problem were Owensboro Health to allocate more resources here in town instead of trying to open expensive facilities all over the state of Kentucky in very small towns that are low population. The Springs on 54 is the best place the staff is always nice and smiling, very helpful. Always treat you with respect and caring. Love the smiles. They truly care about you and the are quick and thorough with your care.
