I waited two months for an appointment. I developed a sinus infection prior to the appointment and when I arrived, I was informed when I was heading back to get the actual scan that because I was on Antibiotics the results could produce a false positive. I think when you make the appointment you should be informed of this information. As a result, I’m having to wait another six weeks to get the test done.
Wonderful people and atmosphere.
I recently had my yearly mammogram at one of the Owensboro Health facilities. The technician administering my test was very sweet, gentle, and went out of her way to make this x-ray as pleasant as possible! She was absolutely wonderful, very professional, and yet, treated me with the utmost care! Sure makes a difference when anticipating these types of tests! Thank you, Owensboro Health, and thank you to all those wonderful technicians who have served me throughout my 71 years!
