Not sufficient time to discuss all my issues and questions. Too many months between appointments. Old people have a lot of big and small issues that require either treatment or an explanation. I feel some geriatric doctors are simply going through the motions of looking at bloodwork, but not bothering to address actual issues of we old patients whose lives may be extended with some care and concern.
I really appreciate Dr Collins and his staff and the help they provide for me and my wife.
These are wonderful, attentive, effective Drs. Their staff is great. We love our PCP. This review is about OH office policies. There is zero coverage if you cannot see your PCP. "They don't see each other's patients". My 88 year old mother has an issue that is not Urgent Care appropriate but needs attention. She cannot get an appointment for a MONTH. This may be expected with a specialist, but with your PCP? They used to have NPs cover for the physician if the wait was too long, but no more. This is lack of coverage in my op... read more
