Absolutely love the Wake Up Call class! John Mark Tyler is a great instructor and very knowledgable! This class is the reason I joined the HealthPark. Thank you for adding this class to the HealthPark offerings!
I love the options the healthpark offers. Between their classes, cardio equipment and weights I've lost 54 lbs. And now I've hired one of their trainers to help me tone up! I do Zumba every weekend and I've tried many of the other classes they offer :)
Absolutely love this office! The staff is so friendly and Micah is amazing! Thank you for making me feel so comfortable as a new Mom and taking great care of my sweet baby!
