I just joined the Exercise is Medicine program and I love it! I'm a stage 2 Diabetic, overweight and have had a knee replacement and second being done next year and this place has got me WANTING to come and exercise! I have to do low pact, so most of my time is in the water working out and it's awesome!!!! I'd recommend this place to anyone!
My husband and I just began the exercise for medicine program and so far we are loving it. He has bad knees and high blood pressure and I have diabetes and high blood pressure and we are both over weight. We love to eat! We are planning on getting on the right track while getting fit and healthy. The health park is an amazing place. I will update in 8 weeks and let you know how it goes.

I love my daughter's doctor micah! She is sweet and does an amazing job! But all the nurses are always really sweet too ♡♡ We get in and out fast & I just love this place!
I love the healthpark, The health park saved my life. I am a diabetic and I needed a place to exercise, lots of fun and encouraging people there. The staff is great. Thanks to Mr. Charles Pettigrew for taking time out to walk with me and to encourage me not to give up but keep pushing. I did a 5k for the first time. Sometimes I do water aerobics. I love the healthpark.
