Dr. Higginson and staff are wonderful. Don’t be turned away by bad reviews. We have had wonderful experiences with his office.
I normally do not waste time doing a review. I felt like I should after reading all the negatives on here. Even though I only went for a consultation for my 15 year old, I felt Dr. Higginson was very polite and friendly. I was worried about going there because of the bad reviews. I have to say, we had a great experience and I would recommend this Dr.
VERY RUDE. Pretty much told my daughter and I that we didn't deserve his services because we have medicaid. Yelled this in front of everyone and severely embarrassed my daughter and I. The poor nurse just stood there giving me a look of sympathy. The nurses and other staff are great. Dr. Higginson is an A**hole. I don't recommend him at all. If I could give a negative rating, I would.
