for being such a small venue people should be able to go outside if they smoke. possibly make a smoking section if security is an issue? very displeased. I will never attend another event here until this is solved
I had to pay $5 for a Starbucks bottled frap bc when I waited in line for coffee, they say they don't have coffee, yet they have creamer and any other kind of sugar wanted. Then once you enter venue, you cannot leave or go outside. You pay $20 extra on tickets for VIP and you get a shirt that isn't your size although they have a box of each size behind them!! My Beautiful GF & I were there to see Black Stone Cherry. The opening band got the show started off ROCKIN FROM THE 1st SONG & DIDNT STOP ROCKIN UNTIL THEIR LAST SONG. THE BSC CAME ON & PUT ON ONE HELL OF A SHOW. 1 of the ABSOLUTE BEST CONCERTS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
Went there for the Black Stone Cherry concert. Convention center is nice, but the drunks were so bad that we couldnt enjoy the show because were to busy dodging elbows. Dont know why the alcohol has to be sold at family venues!
Traveled from Delaware to see X-fest. Great show. Very nice Convention Center. Only concern was beer being served in glass bottles. Several broken on floor. And with drunken patrons comes fights, this could have turned into a very dangerous situation. Hope this is addressed before it becomes a bad situation.
