FINALLY! The board wakes up and fires CEO Cody Phipps who has managed to destroy over 70% of this company's value since he took over. Hopefully they will clean house and get rid of McKinsey and the rest of the incompetent executive leadership team. Maybe then they will be able to attract and retain the great talent that has left this sinking ship.

Don't feel too bad for 'poor' Cody Phipps. The board has agreed to give him $15.6 MILLION to leave the company due to the outrageous CIC clause in addition to all of the other millions he has raked in. Meanwhile, no bonuses or merit increases for the other hard working teammates who have tried their best in spite of his 'leadership'.
