I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. The restrooms at this office were spotless. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I am always satisfied with my visit. The office was very easy to locate off Battlefield Parkway across from Lowes. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It has a warm and open waiting area. The parking lot is easy to maneuver with no tight spaces. I'm never waiting too long.
