I just moved to Sarasota. A friend told me about this gem and I'm so glad she did! I had the lobster rolls appetizer. Very good! The bartenders were awesome and the whole place has a laid back vibe. Going back for grilled oysters and live music this weekend!
We stopped by OFC last night ( party of 4 ) and had absolutely great experience with amazing food! I read some of the other reviews about waitstaff being rude etc but our experience was a top notch from beginning to the end. I would definitely recommend it but you better get there early or call ahead, otherwise you will have to wait a while if you don't. Trust me it's worth it! We really enjoyed our dinner this is officially the first restaurant we dined in since moving to Sarasota permanently. The hostess was very accommodating with our seating arrangements because my partner has a foot issue and they were very thoughtful seating us so was really walking device wasn't a hassle. We had an amazing meal at Owen's. Started with the smoked fish dip, then had the Grouper & Kitty Mitchell. Both fabulous fresh fish. To finish we had the Bourbon Pecan Pie. Everything was fantastic! We can't wait to go back again.
