I recently brought my 2015 GTI in to fix a coolant leak and received it back with missing alternator bolts.. I chose to go to the Owen Sound VW dealer for the first time because my usual Barrie VW dealership had a waitlist. When I was contacted after the inspection, the mechanic Rob explained that in order to access the coolant leaks they have to take the intake manifold off as well as the alternator. After talking with a couple co workers about where to purchase a vehicle, I have heard nothing but negative comments about the service of this Volkswagen. Witnessed first hand their customer service manager yelling at a very calm co worker then had mocked this Co worker because he had a concern and she made fun of his voice. Customer service should be number 1 in this line of business, they refuse to work on your vehicle and then treat you as you are stupid and talk to you or yell at you in a certain way. My Volkswagen Tiguan was sent here to get the sunroof replaced after it was smashed out by a rock. The auto body shop completed their repairs and then had it sent to OS Volkswagen to get the sunroof replaced. The SUV sat for 3 weeks with no work completed because apparently the only person who could replace it was on holidays. The auto body shop had the SUV towed to Walkerton VW where the sunroof was replaced.
